heart melts

Wouldn't you just wanted to have this man at home just to sing you songs? Oh, I would. This is Robert Francis and here he sings an acoustic version of his big hit Junebug. (Oh, have you seen the 12-string guitar?! Awesome!)
And when was the last time you heard this song? I admit I totally forgot about it.

knjige

Skratka, brala sem "Žena popotnika v času" (Audrey Niffenegger) in kar nisem mogla nehat.

No, v bistvu je. Saj vseeno.
Zato bom zdaj začela s Samuelom Beckettom.

i just i just i just

I just love the feeling of this video and song. Love it love it love it.

ena slovenska po dolgem cajtu

Prepričali so me... in znašla sem se na predstavi Kristusov pasijon.
Z 9-letnico in 71-letnico.

Ooooh, sunshine is waking up! Mmmmhm! Like it A LOT! :)
However, today I decided to go to the park while waiting to turn my assignment in. And I had a blast! I noticed two guys playing a guitar under a big tree. Of course I went and sit down on the other side of the tree. There's nothing better than some free live music! I've made some sketches while sitting in the grass in listening the sound of the guitar. That's a great feeling, trust me.

"All I need is blue sky and you." (btw, those dark depressing ones were made during a veeery boring class)

Oh, and it's been almost a week and I haven't wrote anything about that "Cigonca (?) Fest". Well, all I can say is (again): "I had a blast!" It felt like Woodstock to me (not that I've ever been to Woodstock...) That's just how I imagine it would be. A big field, great company (if I ignore TomTom) and some kick-ass music. For free. What else can you ask for? These are just the moments I live for. And they're worth living for. 'Cause I don't want to wake up one morning and realise that all I did was just studying and trying to get good education for the half of my life and that I didn't take time to enjoy myself and have no great memories because of that. (whoa, that's a really long sentence!) However, I decided that I wanna make a "Pancake-Party"! (one day this summer). So, who's in!?

heart melts

Hmmm.... I was once asked to do a more posts about great boys. =) For my girls! Yeah, I guess this is it. We're officially starting with "heart melts". (I was choosing between "heart melts"and "the yummies".. Well I decided to go with "heart melts" - it seems more sophisticated??!)

AND the first one is:   ................................. Darren Criss.
Yeah what can I say... I hate to be that girl - but I have a huge crush on him :)

Well, here's his official page: www.darrencriss.com
I won't write his biography - you can read it on his page or wiki or google it or whatever. (I'm not really able to write, 'cause I'm really distracted with all the photos...)

Hmm... This is really a super-duper-boring-non-creative-childish blog! I know I know... No hard feelings, please! =)

tuesdays diary

Well, great energy from Monday still continues. At least for me (I know some of you have a bad week - but don't worry, it won't last long!). I have to say that this Tuesday was really great. Though I normally have bad Tuesdays. (Remember?).
Maybe everything is so great because I don't stress out much and don't care about school as much as I did. Well, this morning my alarm was supossed to ran out at 6.30. BUT - my phone began to ring at about 5.30! It was my crazy neighbour! AaaaaAaaaargh! What was she thinking?! (probably not much, I'd say). Well, she wanted to know when will I go to MB tomorrow morning! (I mean... there's no need to wake me up at 5.30 in the morning, when you know I'll still be alive at 8.00).
However, I arrived in MB with my schoolmates from grammar school. It was great to talk to them! Then I came to our faculty and waited for the others. After few minutes it seemed that I was about to sit all alone, because there was no one from my company. And then the One and Only Mr. TomTom walked by, said hello and kinda scared me (you know what I mean - bad memories...).
And then I was thinking that this was just another bad Tuesday.
Well, after all of this I went to sit with 3 of my schoolmates who could be described as "dolled up city girls". They are all OK and great and nice and funny sometimes. But I feel that I just don't fit in. I don't. And I don't really want to. However, when the break began the girls went out for a coffee and didn't have any intention of coming back for lecture. Well, not single one of them invited me. (At least I don't remember, but I have bad memory so I'll say that they didn't make it obvious.) Even if they did, I'd probably stayed at the class 'cause I didn't want to miss the lecture.
Anyway, I didn't have any intention to sit alone for the next 2 hours. That's why I just went to 2 of my other schoolmates (which fit in my company) and sat down between them. This was the best move of the day. I really enjoyed for the next 2 hours. Guess I rather spend time with boys, because they're not boring and they don't discuss about shoes and nail polish and other stupid things which are not worth talking about. I learned few things about Autocad (from the one on my left) and discovered some great music  (from the one on my right). You know I'm all about music, and he was willing to talk. I just listened, 'cause he's a little encyclopaedia of music. And somehow we have really similar taste. Even when the lecture began we just continued listen to the music on his laptop for awhile.
He obsessed me with Nick Drake. A great musician... He died at really young age - that's why he's not that recognized. I find his album Pink Moon really great. It's brilliant. And I can't stop listening...

Nick Drake - Pink Moon

Well, after you heard this song, you'd say that someone who listens to this is a nice, calm, gentle guy. Right? =) Well, he is nice and calm, but it sure doesn't seem gentle. He's that "hardcore punk-metal-rock guy in black clothes with shaved head and tatoos. (Some of you probably know who I'm talking about.)
However, this is the second time I read a person wrong because of the looks. (First it was our bass player...) Of course he enjoys metal but in his music I also found Nick Drake (obviously), Iron and Wine, Bon Iver, Pete Yorn, Roxette and even Marta Zore!
("1 is exception and 2 makes a rule", right?) That's why I have a new theory:
Metal guys also like Grey's Anatomy and House M.D. type of music.

Have a great week! Stay calm! Stay young! And eat ice-cream! No fear, my dear! Friday's on its way!

111

Okay, since I forgot my 100th post, I'm making the 111th one for the official blogiversary! =D This is the one! Kinda proud of myself, yes... My Ego's growing rapidly.... Although I know I did post some really stupid and boring things sometimes. Well, let's say 'lately'.
I began blogging on a Valentine's day. Sad, don't you think? Probably I wanted to share my frustrations to the world. (As there weren't enough of it already...)
Ahhh, I don't really know what to write. 'Cause I don't want to be boring again.
Well, I'm thinking to go to 80's party on saturday. It might be fun (yeah, dress code is 80's). But not really sure.
Also I ran into that guy-who-makes-me-feel-like-we-know-forever today. Actually he ran into me (because I was eating outside our classroom while others already had lecture). And he really remembered me! Hah! He said "hello"
.

This Monday wasn't that bad after all.

at practice

Well, our season began... =) Today we had our first outside practice with girls. I'm talking about firefighting of cousre! I was really looking forward to it - it's fun - what can I say! And the girls are just great. I love that they are simple and fun and relaxed. Not like all those dolled up city girls (which I really can't stand sometimes - but sometimes I fell like I fit in).
Fridays like this are great Fridays (also because tomorrow it follows a great Saturday!). 'Cause what can be better that a fun practice and an ice-cream with the team afterwards? (Well, if there would be less insects it would be even better...). I also remembered that I still love this place - Makole. And the people who make this "Makole feeling". =D It's unique somehow.
Hmmm, I should also mention, that I already got hurt at this first practice. Somehow I hit my leg into a pipe and now my nail is in quite bad shape. Well, that my not interest you, but you all know me and my habits... I like to make people feel sorry for me. And sometimes I overreact. =D True. And I admit it.

I love wild rides with the van.
Preparing the tools.
Sunrise! =D
In action.
The whole team.
